there does not exist any function to drop DBCON entries remotely - I think.
The function INS_DBCON_ENTRY_SDB is used by the SAP installation tools and therefore is a remote function module. as from the beginning.
The UPD_Function is now a remote function as well as of 7.30.
I suggst to open an SAP ticket on component BC-DB-LVC to ask for delivering the remote function for older versions as well.
May be they can deliver this as of 7.xx all older releases are out of correction.
