Hi, Issue is solved. I modified DBSIZE.XML file with 150GB instead wrong 600GB sapinst calculated. After that sapinst (SPM) duplicated size to 250GB so I continue until it finished successfully. Regards.

I used SUPERDBA for recovery (i logged in as superdba in MaxDB Studio and chose recovery).Is that the answer to what you meant? So I think I do have to restart recovery with init as user CONTROL, don't I?
