Hi,
Go in the \usr\sap\NSP\SYS\profile\NSP_DXXXXX_Host there if the value is set something in the file for em/initial_size_MB reduce the value and then try start ,,,or if the value is not set ...set the value 1000 less to ur RAM value..\\
