How to delete the repository table in MaxDB Using Sql Commands

Dear All,

Recently we have done Backup & Restore from Production system to Support system using Database Studio manager, After done the Backup & Restore we had a problem to view the document in Support system using repository, also we have raised SAP Message regarding this issue. They are asking to delete the old repository entries in Quality DB.

Content Server : 6.4

MaxDB Version : 7.8

(Both systems are same level)

kindly refer below sap replay.

As already mentioned I see only one way to get it working:

on database SDS:

- delete table documents0002

- delete table components0002

- delete the entry regarding repsoitory Z_SDS_CONTENT(support) in table contrep

- now only one entry should be in table contrep where contrepname =

Z_SDP_CONTENT and conrepnr = 1

this entry must be changed to contrepname = Z_SDS_CONTENT

Your database administrator should know the sql commands for all four

steps.

But again, after that you will no more able to access the three

documents which are currently in Z_SDS_CONTENT:

I am new to this area, so please guide what is the sql command for all four steps and how to execute.

Regards,

Vino
