| Check if you find back the entry( R3TR PROG SDB1FHDB) in table TLOCK using SE16. If there is an entry in table TLOCK then field TKORR will contain the transport request number which contains the unconfirmed repair. Release the transport request and confirm the repair. SAP note 42379 describes the procedure in detail. (or) If there is no entry in table TLOCK then for some reason the repair was not confirmed meaning the repair flag is still set. Reset the repair flag without transport using transaction SE03. To find the unconfirmed transport you can follow as above.
Once you find the transport you can release the transport from OS level as
tp export <TR> u1 client=xxx pf=<transport profile>
