Hello,
We had an issue with our MaxDB Content Server database yesterday. At around 4 PM our users reported that they weren't able to display any documents.
After some troubleshooting we discovered that the database was available but completely empty. Before this issue we had about 86 GB of documents stored in the database.
We looked at the logs and we have not been able to find out how or why the database was suddenly empty. Fortunately, we had a good backup and loss was minimized but we would still like to understand how something like this happened.
Has someone encountered a situation like this? Any idea on how to further troubleshoot?
