release request in maxdb

Here am facing one critical issue, i.e. while doing update got struck in IMPORT_PROPER phase with below error, i think to solve this issue we need to release request. but am unable to execute se03 or se09/se10/se01.

Error:

how do we release request from OS level ?

i want know the request also, here in maxdb how to check a request which is in unreleased state?

please help me to solve this issue.
