Hi Manish,
It seems that somehow the shared memory files got corrupted. It happen sometimes when the database is not shutdown as expected or the process is terminated outside of the database (OS crash for example) and the MaxDB cannot clear this shared memory files.
Please follow this KBA in order to fix this issue.
1684452 - MaxDB/LiveCache cannot start after a crash or system restart: UNKNOWN Status.
In order to access the KBA you must be logged in the Service Marketplace.
